In OnAir, you will be prompted to select your Microphone and Camera device permission so that people can hear and see you at the event.
When using the OnAir platform, be sure that you are using Chrome (preferred) or Edge (backup), and the platforms must be up-to-date.
If that doesn't work, be sure to enable the browser permissions to access your camera and microphone.
When joining a particular session as a host or a speaker, the system automatically checks for the following options:
- Screen view
- Camera or Microphone view
When all three are been checked/enabled, users can enter the session by clicking the button.
