Whenever you run into a 500 error or 404 error, please try the following troubleshoots:
Check The Browser and Make Sure It Is Updated
Currently, using the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on your laptop or computer guarantees the best experience.
Note: Sometimes, third-party extensions can affect the experience by blocking some of the e2m OnAir interface elements. That’s why we also recommend opening the event in Incognito mode (command+Shift+N on macOS or Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows) on Chrome or the Private tab (command+Shift+P for macOS or Ctrl+Shift+P for Windows) on Edge.
On mobile devices, the experience will be the same for Organizers or Speakers and sufficient for event attendees with few limitations. If you are using a mobile device, please make sure to download the app from the Playstore or iOS.
Refresh Your Web Browser
Hold the Shift key when pressing the command+R (macOS) or Ctrl+R (Windows) combinations.
Restart Your Web Browser
Sometimes browser settings require a browser restart for changes to take effect.
Log out of your e2m account and sign back in.
Restart your computer.
Just in case none of the above works for you, get in touch with Team OnAir at email@example.com for further assistance.
