If you have joined the session and you see a message alerting that the session will be live soon, it indicates the session has not yet started, or that the speakers and/or the hosts are backstage and will be live soon.
If you have joined the session and you can see the video but unable to hear the audio, make sure that the system audio is selected at max. Most of the time, a page refresh could solve the problem.

If you have joined the session and the page is blank, below are some possible reasons.
- Make sure that you are using Chrome or Edge Browser (Safari & Firefox are not recommended)
- Ensure that you are not on a VPN or Firewall protected network. Click Here for an Article on VPN & Firewall issues.
Often, signing out and signing in again on the e2m OnAir page works fine.
If your using the Zoom Client app via e2m OnAir and your unable to get Audio & Video would suggest to close the Zoom App completely and start the session from the e2m On Air Agenda page
