To manage polls, simply follow the steps below.
- Click on LIVE @ THE EVENT > POLL / VOTE
- You will land in the Poll Listing screen
- From the Poll listing screen you can do a variety of actions - Activate, map with multiple sessions/meetings or to an event.
- Polls mapped to an event appear under the Survey menu available in Agenda/Live as set in the menu category.
Administrators can bulk upload multiple questions for the Poll/Survey. This is down by clicking of the settings icon which gives additional features to download template, export.
Administrator can download the template and fill in the different cells based on instruction hint in each column header.
Once data has been inputted, it can be uploaded using the choose file & upload.
Administrator can select a poll, and click on settings icon to get further features i.e. View, Download Report & Clone. Clone creates a copy of the Poll along with its questions and options.
Administrator can select a poll, and the Delete button shows up; he can delete the poll or update status of the Poll to make it active. This cation can be performed to either one or multiple selected polls.
Administrator can select a poll, and clicking on Settings in right corner above listing provides an interface to Download report. This is individual report for the selected poll. If Reports for all polls needs to be generated, then this can be done from Analytics > Reports > Poll/ Survey Reports.
